Cancellation and Refund Policy

1. Introduction

At Prince Friend, we understand that plans can change. This policy outlines the terms and conditions regarding cancellations and refunds for our services. By making a reservation with us, you agree to the following terms.

2. Customer Cancellations

For reservations made in advance (at least 24 hours prior to the service):

  • Cancellations at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment: You will receive a full refund.​

  • Cancellations within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment: Cannot be refunded, unless in extenuating circumstances, and at the discretion of our team. Please contact us.​

 

For reservations made within 24 hours of the service:

  • Cancellations within 30 minutes of booking: You will receive a full refund.​

  • Cancellations after 30 minutes of booking: No refund will be issued. Please understand that your Prince is adjusting their schedule and dedicating time and energy to plan your experience.​
     

3. Company Cancellations

If Prince Friend cancels your booking due to unforeseen circumstances, you will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule.​

4. No-Show Policy

If you fail to attend your scheduled appointment without prior notice, it will be considered a no-show, and no refund will be issued.​

5. Rescheduling Appointments

  • Advance Notice: You may reschedule your appointment without penalty if you contact us at least 24 hours in advance.​

  • Short-Notice Rescheduling: Requests to reschedule less than 24 hours before the appointment may be subject to a rescheduling fee or treated as a late cancellation, at our discretion.​

 

6. How to Cancel or Reschedule

To cancel or reschedule your appointment, please contact us through one of the following methods:

  • Adjusting your reservation on the Prince Friend website.

  • Email: Support@princefriend.com
    (Please provide your name, appointment date and time, and contact information in your email to us.​)

 

7. Processing Refunds

Approved refunds will be processed within 7 business days to the original payment method.​

8. Exceptions

We understand that emergencies happen. Exceptions to this policy may be made at our discretion in cases of unforeseen circumstances.​

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Any changes will be posted on our website, and continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
