For reservations made within 24 hours of the service: Cancellations within 30 minutes of booking: You will receive a full refund. Cancellations after 30 minutes of booking: No refund will be issued. Company Cancellations If Prince Friend cancels your booking due to unforeseen circumstances, you will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule. 4.
