Eligibility To use our services, you must: -Be at least 20 years old (or be accompanied by a parent or guardian at least 20 years old). -Provide accurate and complete personal information during booking. -Agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations. 4. Booking and Payment Reservations: Bookings can be made through our website or authorized platforms. Availability is on a first-come, first-served basis, as well as the discretion of Prince Friend and Prince Friend staff. -Fees: Service fees are outlined during the booking process and may vary based on the selected experience and any additional services requested. -Payment: Payment information is collected at the time of booking. Full payment is made at 11:59PM (Tokyo time) the day before the reserved service takes place. For reservations made within 24 hours of service, payment is required at the time of booking. We accept major credit cards and other payment methods as specified on our website. 5. Additional Expenses Customers are responsible for covering any additional expenses incurred during the service, including but not limited to: Transportation: Any transportation costs for the Prince beyond the standard service area. Meals and Venue Fees: Costs for meals, beverages, or entry fees to venues for both the customer and the Prince. 6. Cancellations and Refunds For information about cancellations and refunds, please refer to our Refund and Cancellation Policy 7. Code of Conduct We strive to create a respectful and enjoyable environment. By using our services, you agree to: Treat your Prince Friend companion with respect and courtesy. Refrain from any inappropriate or illegal behavior. Understand that our services are strictly platonic; any requests for activities beyond companionship are prohibited. 8. How early should I arrive to my experience? Please arrive at your designated meeting location at least 15 minutes early . Your Prince is very much looking forward to your meeting, and arriving late may cause him mental anguish. Q. Can my experience take place in a private location (such as a karaoke room)? Keep in mind that Prince Friend is meant to be experienced in PUBLIC locations only. Your Prince will not recommend private places to visit. Q. Am I allowed to take pictures with my Prince? Of course! Your Prince wants you to have the best experience possible, while making precious memories along the way. Your Prince will be happy to pose for pictures, and can even assist you in taking photos with your camera / smartphone. Q. Who is responsible for the Prince's expenses like transportation, meals, shopping, and other fees during the experience? You are expected to cover any additional expenses during the experience (beyond the Prince's initial transportation fee, which is already included in your Prince Friend reservation). The most common additional expenses are meals and admission into venues . Also, your Prince lives in Tokyo and leading him out into the unfamiliar countryside may result in him having trouble finding his way home. Q. How many people can join one Prince Friend experience? Each Prince can guide up to 4 guests to ensure everyone receives personal attention and a high-quality experience. If you’re planning a larger outing, please book 1 Prince per 4 guests.
